Scenicallyin the village of Sörsjön, this hostel is 35 km north of Sälen at the base of Fulufjället Mountain. It offers communal kitchen facilities and spa treatments on site.

All rooms at Norrsjön have wooden floors and access to shared bathrooms. Some include views over the garden, stream and mountains.

Shared facilities include a sauna, BBQ equipment and a TV lounge with sofas and magazines. Norrsjön staff can arrange snow scooter rental, as well as Icelandic horseback riding and dog sledding tours. Sauna is booked by the hour for an extra fee

Canoeing and fishing in the Fuluälven stream are common area activities. Fulufjället ski lifts are 10 km away. Mora is 100 km from the hostel, while the Njupeskär Waterfall is within 40 minutes’ drive.
